What is a Preorder?
Preorders are advance orders for books that are yet to be officially released. These titles are still awaiting publication or distribution and will only be shipped after their release date and arrival from international suppliers.
Preorder Timeline
Preorders typically open two weeks before a book’s release date and close one week before release. This timeline helps us place group orders efficiently and minimize supplier-related delays.
Books are expected to arrive within 2 to 4 weeks after release, depending on the supplier’s delivery schedule. You will receive an email once your book has arrived and is ready for shipment.
How to Place a Preorder
Visit the Join Preorder page and fill out the form with your complete name, email address, mobile number, and the title you want to order. Your full shipping address will be requested via email to ensure privacy and to confirm shipping accuracy. We will review your submission and send you a confirmation email within 1–2 business days or earlier.
Payment & Fees
Once your preorder is confirmed, an invoice will be emailed to you. This will include the total amount due, comprising the book price and shipping fee.
Preorders must be fully paid to be processed. We accept GCash, bank transfers (e.g., BPI, BDO, UnionBank), and Maya. Cash-on-Delivery is not currently available unless explicitly offered.
Shipping & Delivery via J&T
Shipping is handled via J&T Express. Once your order is ready to ship, we will email you the tracking number, a photo of the courier receipt, and an estimated arrival timeline based on your location. We only ship once full payment is confirmed.

All shipping and transaction fees should be shouldered by the customer.
Refunds, Delays, and Responsibility
Preorders are non-refundable once the title has been ordered from our supplier. Please be sure of your purchase before confirming, as overseas shipments are final and cannot be canceled mid-process.
If unexpected delays occur due to supplier issues, international logistics, or customs, we will keep you updated via email. Kindly double-check your contact details and shipping address when submitting your form to avoid any issues or delays.
