Yes. All of our books are 100% genuine and sourced directly from trusted international retailers. We do not sell unofficial or pirated copies.
Most titles are on-hand unless marked as PREORDER (upcoming releases) or FOR REQUEST (unavailable/rare titles). Check each product page for availability status. If it’s not marked as “Out of Stock,” the book is available for order.
Yes. We ship anywhere in the Philippines via J&T Express. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier receipt photo.
You can find us by searching “Aize Book Haven” on TikTok. Tap the shopping bag icon to explore available titles! Preorders and FOR REQUEST orders are managed via email.
For now, you can only order through our TikTok Shop.
Our website currently doesn’t support a direct checkout system. To ensure accurate pricing, confirmed stock status, and proper shipping information, orders must be placed via email.
If a book is listed as in stock on the product page, it is available. For available titles already listed on TikTok Shop, we recommend checking out through there for convenience.
Yes. We accept pre-orders for books that are about to be released. Preorders typically start 2 weeks before release and close 1 week before to help us manage timelines efficiently. See our Preorder Guide for full instructions.
FOR REQUEST orders are special inquiries for books that are not in stock and do not have a scheduled restock. These are often rare, backlist, or import titles we source individually upon request. Email us directly using the subject:FOR REQUEST – [Your Name]

Refunds or cancellations are only accepted before we send you confirmation that your order has been fulfilled or is already in the process of being ordered or shipped.
Once a book is confirmed for fulfillment or in transit from our supplier, we can no longer issue a refund. Please make sure you are certain before confirming, as this protects both your time and our small business operations.
Books typically arrive unsealed from overseas suppliers. However, we seal them ourselves before shipping out to ensure protection during transit.
For collector’s editions, we may ask if you prefer the item sealed or left open for safer packaging.

All payment instructions are sent via email once your order is confirmed. Please note that Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is not currently available unless stated otherwise.
Yes! If you have multiple pending orders (e.g., preorder + for request, or multiple preorders), we’ll do our best to combine them into one shipment whenever timing allows.
